Payment via PayPal, check or money order is expected within 7 days of purchase. PayPal is preferred. Your item will be shipped as soon as payment is credited or checks clear. Buyer is responsible for a $35 fee charged by our bank for any returned checks due to insufficient funds. Within 3 days after your first purchase, please contact us if you want to combine shipping and we will hold your box open for up to 2 weeks. When you are done, email us again and we will invoice you with the single shipping fee for all your items. Please let us know your mail preference. USPS First Class Mail is less expensive (typically $2.50 for cabochons) and still gives a tracking number. USPS First Class Mail for cabochons will be sent in a Bubble Mailer padded envelope. Priority mail in a box is also available for $4.75. Canadian and International buyers please be advised that packages are normally sent by First Class Mail International. Priority Mail is also available at a higher cost so as to provide a tracking number if so desired. Please note that we will not be responsible for lost packages that don't have tracking numbers. Payment is by PayPal or International Postal Money Order in US dollars. Please contact us before bidding if you have any questions.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receiving item. We will arrange for a full refund of your purchase price less shipping charges.
